I had researched a reliable, high-dosage turmeric supplement for my frozen shoulder. After several months on this turmeric, my frozen shoulder has notably improved, with a significant increase in range of motion and reduced pain. Though it’s not cheap, I will continue taking it as it’s exceptionally strong, with each tablet containing 630mg of an organic turmeric blend, standardised to 95% curcuminoids.

I tried turmeric for joint pain but had no success. I learned the supplement I was using was ineffective due to low dosage and that it works best in combination with Capsaicin. After two bottles, I felt absolutely no impact on my arthritis pain. Though others may have their reasons for taking turmeric, for me, it was money wasted.
